These Terms and Conditions govern the download, access and use of the mobile application Alhambra IA Audio Guide (hereinafter, the "APPLICATION"), property of New World IA SL, with address at Calle Arabial 45, local 52, 18004 Granada. Email: newworldai.oficial@gmail.com.
Access to the APPLICATION implies full and unreserved acceptance of these conditions of use.
1. OBJECT
The APP offers an immersive tourism experience using artificial intelligence, emotional intelligence, geolocation, computer vision, and cultural narrative. It is aimed at tourists, educational centers, people with accessibility needs, travelers, and families.
It is designed for Android/iOS devices with internet connection and front camera.
2. FUNCTIONALITIES
Anonymous users
- Limited access to the basic audio guide.
- Display of general contents.
- Basic navigation without geolocation.
- Premium feature testing.
- Manual searches.
Registered users
- Complete multilingual audio guide.
- Geolocation, routes and recommendations.
- Interaction with historical AI characters.
- Visual scanning (optional) with front camera.
- Personalized profile with history and preferences.
- Exclusive content and promotions.
- Payment and subscription management.

3. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All rights to the content, code, design and functionality of the APPLICATION belong to New World IA SL or are legitimately licensed.
It is prohibited to reproduce, distribute, modify or exploit the APPLICATION without authorization.
The user may not:
- Play or modify the app.
- Market or resell content.
- Decompile the code or create derivative works.
Data controller: New World IA SL
Purpose: service provision, AI functions, geolocation, personalization, sending communications, analytics.
Legal basis: art. 6.1.b, 6.1.a, 6.1.f of the GDPR.
Conservation: during the contractual relationship. They will then be deleted or anonymized.
Recipients: public administrations, technology providers, Firebase Authentication.
User rights:
- Withdraw consent.
- Access, rectify, delete, transfer, oppose and limit processing.
- File a complaint with the AEPD.

5. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE DATA
Data marked with * is required for the service. The rest is optional.
The user must ensure that their data is accurate and keep it up to date.
6. SECURITY MEASURES
The APP complies with the principles of the GDPR. Technical and organizational measures are applied, such as:
- HTTPS encryption.
- Secure servers located in the EU or with standard contractual clauses.
- Secure APIs, access control and traceability.

Transfers and storage
All data is stored securely and encrypted, in compliance with standards such as ISO/IEC 27001.
7. EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
New World IA SL may modify or discontinue features without prior notice. Permanent availability is not guaranteed, nor is liability assumed for:
- Technical failures of the user's device.
- Misuse of the APPLICATION.
- Damage resulting from installation or use.
7.1 PROCESSING OF MINORS' DATA
The app is not intended for children under 14 years of age. No data is collected from minors without the consent of their parents or guardians. If misuse is detected, the data will be deleted.
8. LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, both parties shall be subject to the courts of Granada, subject to consumer protection regulations.
